Written by  Administrator

A higher demand for univeristy places from foreign students in British cities means there will be a new wave of interest in rental property in regional cities.

Experts are predicting that London will remain the same but there will be an increased interest in property in regional cities. The latest Knight Frank Student Report 2011 shows that regional cities in England and Wales are seeing the greatest rental growth at 4.1 per cent, compared to London which recorded a 3.6 per cent fall in 2010.

The changes to University funding will take hold in 2012 and there is expected to be more foreign studnets than ever before placing pressure on regional citiy properties, especially rental properties.
